‘Finale’

 

In response to; Weekly Prompts Weekend Challenge – Finale, hosted by Sue W and GC

The grand finale of the world cup held on 19th of November 2023 between India and Australia
For all you cricket lovers out there
there is something I wanna share
I am an Indian and support our Indian team
all went well they won all the games of the ICC cricket cup and when they came into the finals they bombed big time!!!
Rohit Sharma played well and so did our very own Virat Kohli. Mohammed Shami took a few wickets but it just was not enough on that day
that was just not a lucky day for the Indian team. The Aussies were really good….unbeatable.

Coming up to the finals
we all thought that India would bring the cup home
but it was not to be

India played well all throughout
but when it came to the finals
we just could not know what it was all about
but they did their best and reached the top
only in the finals it was a mighty big flop

We have good batsmen and equally good bowlers
but i guess it was just not their day that day
all i wanna say is that The Indian team rocks
