By the lakeside….

something triggered me when I saw this picture so decided to write a short poem on the same…

Sitting on the bench overlooking the lake
in quiet solitude guess what I need a break
Far from the maddening crowd I see
birds twittering on the trees
and leaves swaying in the breeze

Just the silence I crave for
which in the cities we never get
so don’t fume and fret
cause this is the ultimate place
where one will find a serene face

Being so used to the fast paced world out there
this is something cool and pleasant
and to all I wanna share
make some time to go back to nature
and in your solitude paint a perfect picture
